In 2002 has finished composer branch of the Ural state conservatory. Has simultaneously passed a course of additional specialisation "Electronic and computer music" in a class of senior lecturer T.V.Komarova (musical soundprodusing chair), has successfully protected degree work on the given specialisation and in the decision of the state examination board has received additional qualification "the Expert in the field of electronic and computer music".

In 1979 has finished composer faculty, and in 1986 – post graduated training of the Moscow State conservatory of P.I.Chajkovskiy. From 1979 till 1996 he worked as the senior teacher on chair of a composition of the Ural state conservatory. In 1993 - 1994 Sidelnikov were read by a series of lectures on a theme “Music at cinema” in academy of cinema and applied crafts of A.Demidova.

Has finished composer faculty of the Ural state conservatory of M.P.Musorgsky (1992). Since 1990 actively participates in creative actions of Studio: in the 1-st Festival of electronic music First in Ekaterinburg, concerts of electronic music within the limits of the International Demidovsky Assembly (Nizhni Tagil, 1992). In December, 1994 has received award Berclee College of Music on selection rounds in Athenes in a nomination “Jazz improvisation”, which support the training in Berclee College. Since 1995 lives in Boston (USA).

Has finished composer branch of the Ural state conservatory of M.P.Mousorgsky (1994). Since 1993 he is a member of Association of electroacoustic music of the Russian Federation and the International Confederation of electroacoustic music. Trained at University of Northern Illinois (DeKalb, the USA, October, 1994). The basic sphere of creative interests - electroacoustic music. Worked in the field of sound programming Csound much. In 1994-1995 he worked over creation of the first version of cover Outline for Csound together with the programmer V.Avraamov.
